Meenu Tyagi
Founder
Meenu Tyagi is the Founder of SABLA and a veteran social worker with over 45 years of experience. She completed her post-graduation in Social Work from Lucknow University in 1980 and began her journey in grassroots social work soon after. In 1987–88, she established SABLA with a vision to empower women and build violence-free, inclusive communities. Her visionary leadership and lifelong commitment continue to guide SABLA’s impactful work.
Vibha Rani Panday
President
Vibha Rani Pandey serves as the President of SABLA, bringing with her over 30 years of rich experience in the field of social work. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and has dedicated her career to championing the rights and development of women, adolescents, and marginalized communities. Under her visionary leadership, SABLA has expanded its reach and effectiveness, creating sustainable change at the grassroots level.

Pradeep Maheshwari
Vice President
Pradeep serves as the Vice President of SABLA and brings with him over 35 years of experience in social work. He holds a degree in law and has been instrumental in supporting the organization's mission of empowering communities, particularly in advocating for justice and rights-based development.
Shubha
Treasurer
Shubha, the Treasurer of SABLA, has been actively involved with the organization since 1989. She holds a Master's degree in Home Science (M.H.Sc.). With decades of dedicated service, she has worked extensively with women and adolescents, focusing on their social and economic development.
Rajendra Kumar
Finance Manager
Rajendra serves as the Finance Manager at SABLA and holds a Master's degree in Sociology. With over 30 years of experience in the field of social work, he brings both financial acumen and a deep understanding of community dynamics to the organization.
Jitendra Kumar
Board Member
Jitendra is a dedicated member of SABLA, holding a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW). With 28 years of experience in the social sector, he has been actively involved in initiatives aimed at community development and social welfare.
