• PRA Training (Participatory Rural Appraisal): Engaging participatory tools and techniques to analyze rural communities, resource mapping, livelihood analysis, and community-driven planning processes.
• SHG Training (Self Help Group Formation & Strengthening): Guidance on formation, governance, financial literacy, record keeping, and sustainability of self-help groups for social and economic empowerment.
• POSH Act Training (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace): Awareness and compliance training focusing on legal provisions, Internal Committee roles, complaint redressal mechanisms, and creation of safe and inclusive workplaces.
